Our Top Tier maxi dress features a billowy oversized silhouette, tie detailing on the front of the bust and tie shoulder straps to ensure a secure yet comfortable fit. The tiered skirt gives the dress a flattering look, and the elasticized top seam ensures a good fit for all bust sizes.

Material is made up of 65% cotton, 33% polyester, and 2% spandex. Fabric contains no stretch. 

For size reference, model is 5' 7" with measurements: 32" bust, 26" waist, 37" hips, and is wearing a size small.
